• I'm a Data Scientist with an experience of two years in Statistical modeling, Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning using R and Python. • I've worked on optimized behavioral pairing to maximize the revenue generated through the interaction between contact center agents and customers dialing-in. • Working with MySQL, I've investigated the large CRM data through EDA techniques to make it ready and clean for modeling. • Using python, I've made visual reports to see trends and abnormalities in the production data to get an understanding of the model performance in production environment. • I've worked closely with Data Engineering teams to get data on time through ETL pipelines. • In network of teams from engineering, client and support, I've been able to maintain and generate an incremental revenue of over 15% through Statistical and ML models for a multinational broadcasting and telecommunication company with over 20 million customers. • My areas of interests are Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Modeling, Data Analysis, Dashboards. I'm also open to explore the field of Deep Learning through Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.
