I have developed two end-to-end data analytics projects using SQL and Power BI, focusing on transforming raw data into actionable insights through effective visualization techniques. The first project is based on a BMW sales dataset, where I performed data extraction and analysis using SQL to identify key trends such as monthly sales performance, year-wise comparisons, and overall revenue patterns. I applied various SQL operations including joins, aggregations, and filtering to prepare the dataset for analysis. The processed data was then visualized in Power BI using interactive dashboards, incorporating charts such as bar graphs, line charts, and KPI indicators to present insights in a clear and meaningful way. The second project focuses on a pizza sales dataset, where I analyzed customer purchasing behavior, popular product categories, and revenue contribution. Using SQL, I explored the dataset to calculate metrics like total sales, order frequency, and category-wise performance. In Power BI, I designed dynamic dashboards with diverse visualizations including pie charts, trend lines, and comparative analysis tools to highlight business insights effectively. Both projects demonstrate my ability to integrate SQL with Power BI, apply analytical thinking, and design visually appealing dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
