Head of Application and Business Intelligence (Deputy General Manager/ System Analyst) at Adamjee Insurance Company Limited
I am working as an application and Business Intelligence head and managing projects developments (software(s)) with Master's degrees in MBA (MIS) and M.Sc. (Statistics) from Karachi University. I am in the Information Technology industry for more than 24 years and have 16 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. I have been working as a System Analyst / Data Analyst for Adamjee Insurance Company Ltd. since March 2007. During the period of my services with different organizations, I have been leading projects related to data analysis, and data visualization using IBM Cognos as a business intelligence tool. Managing and maintaining Datawarehouse for BI using DataStage as an ETL tool and Vertica as a database. I was involved in countless tasks ranging from developing software(s) to managing project developments with separate teams simultaneously and redesigning system architectures and implementation of Insurance industry ERP (PREMIA). I’ve completed the PREMIA application Gap Analysis of the Dubai branch.
