Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer in the AI Department. The Software Engineer will mainly be responsible for developing scalable APIs, frontend, and doing deployments. This role is not only limited to software development but also includes AI Engineering. Since we are a startup, the engineer may need to develop, evaluate, and test AI models, including Gen AI and AI Agents. The Software Engineer will also research emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovative projects, especially training agents & LLMs, AI Realtor Copilot, and the AI security evaluator engine product of DevNeuron.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Python, Django, FASTAPI, and JavaScript (Next.js, React.js).
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a remote fast-paced setting
• 1+ years of experience in developing generative AI models and agents
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must-haves: Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Django
• 1+ years of experience in RAG, Llama models, LLMOps, LangChain, LangGraph, or Docker/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with model explainability (e.g., SHAP, LIME)
• Experience with GitHub Co-Pilot and Cursor.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) is a plus
• Experience or coursework in security or adversarial AI is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in software development stack: Next.js, React.js, Django
• 1+ years of experience in deployment platforms, such as AWS and Render
