Summary:

The Solution Architect collaborates closely with the onshore Solution Architect to define and design necessary customizations. Serving as a key liaison, this role connects business stakeholders, legacy system documentation, and the technical team. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements and current workflows, and ensuring these are accurately translated into formats compatible with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Ultimately, the Solution Architect bridges the knowledge gap between business needs and SFMC capabilities, ensuring alignment between functional goals and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the onshore Solution Architect to design the required customizations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, legacy documentation, and technical teams.
• Gather and document business requirements and existing workflows.
• Translate functional needs into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)-compatible solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and SFMC capabilities.
• Guide the technical team on solution implementation and best practices.
• Assist in UAT planning and stakeholder communication.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a business analyst, including 2+ years in SFMC projects.
• Bachelor's in Business, MIS, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Journey Builder, Data Extensions, and marketing automation workflows.
