Our evaluation process is centered around an individual's professional experience, and soft skills. Our evaluators will look for the following key characteristics in our potential trainers:
- Relevant Industry Experience
- Hands-on proficiency on the tools and technologies
- Relevant Certifications
- Training Delivery (Communication/Soft Skills)
- Training Methodology
- Flexibility in schedule and availability
Given the above characteristics, the individual shall be called for an interview session with Dice Camp’s team and a Guest Session is held for assessment. Proceeding forward, Dice Camp adds its new Evaluator in the Professional Trainers squad.
