Dice Camp seeks individuals who have a tremendous experience in their area of interest, know the art of assessing job potential of an individual, and have an interest in empowering youth towards career progression.
Individuals applying in Dice Camp’s ‘Become a Mentor’ feature will be assessed against the following carefully set criteria:
- Exceptional experience in the tech industry
- Knowledge of current trends in their area of interest
- Knowledge of effective career planning, and counseling
- Availability at the scheduled time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire youth towards career progression
Given the above characteristics, the individual shall be called for an interview session with Dice Camp’s team and a Guest Session is held for assessment.
Proceeding forward, Dice Camp adds its new Mentor in the Professional Mentors squad.
