The ideal candidate will design, build, optimize, and govern scalable Tableau solutions that serve executive leadership, business teams, and technical stakeholders, ensuring high performance, data accuracy, security, and usability.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact, interactive Tableau dashboards for executives, operations, and analytics teams, including KPI scorecards, trend analysis, and drill-down reporting.
• Build and manage scalable Tableau data models using optimized relationships, joins, extracts, and live connections.
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and high-performance database views (fact/dimension) for large datasets.
• Optimize dashboard, query, extract, and server performance using Tableau performance tools and database tuning best practices.
• Implement enterprise-grade security, including user roles, groups, permissions, privileges, and row-level security (RLS).
• Administer Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud environments, including publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and access control.
• Establish Tableau governance standards, certified data sources, naming conventions, and single-source-of-truth practices.
• Collaborate with business users, product managers, data engineers, IT, and security teams to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau analytics solutions.
• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Advanced SQL skills with strong data modeling experience.
• Proven experience optimizing Tableau dashboards and performance at scale.
• Solid understanding of Tableau security, permissions, and governance.

• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Exposure to data warehouses and cloud analytics platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
• Tableau certifications (Associate or Professional).
• Knowledge of data governance and analytics is the best practice.
