Job Description We are looking for an experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer with strong Python skills to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. The role involves analyzing business processes, building scalable automation workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure RPA solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing bots using RPA tools, writing and optimizing Python scripts for automation and integrations, handling exception management, and ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of automated processes. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new automation opportunities and optimizing existing bots. Job Specification • Proven experience in RPA development and automation projects • Strong hands-on experience with Python for scripting, data handling, and integrations • Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automation workflows • Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations • Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring • Understanding of security, access controls, and compliance in automation • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
