Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master with 2 years of professional experience to facilitate Agile processes across our development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile values and principles. Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values.
  • Remove impediments and ensure smooth execution of sprints.
  • Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team and support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Track team performance using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, etc.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Good knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
