Cogent Labs is seeking Generative AI Engineers to join our AI team in Lahore.

Job Type: On-site

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows (not just low-code/no-code automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier)
• Additional 1 year experience with LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI, or similar libraries/frameworks in Python
• Worked on agentic workflows involving tool calling, autonomous decision-making, and AI action execution %u2014 not just passive content generation
• Expertise in prompt engineering, including ReAct agents, structured prompting strategies, and context optimization
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning LLMs using both open and proprietary models
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including document parsing and producing structured outputs (e.g., using Pydantic models)
• Comfortable using AI-powered developer tools or AI IDEs to assist in personal development workflows
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to build and scale innovative AI solutions
