Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Project Management expertise to lead software, AI data analysis, mobile app, and web/e-commerce projects from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate will ensure Agile principles are effectively applied while maintaining full control over project timelines, quality, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum & Agile Facilitation:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review sessions.
• Coach development teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Remove obstacles and ensure team efficiency and focus.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and performance metrics.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple software and mobile app projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage client communications, requirements gathering, and approvals.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and post-launch evaluations.

Technical & Operational Oversight:

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products across software, web, and mobile platforms.
• Manage integrations with APIs, payment gateways, CMS, or e-commerce backends.
• Monitor resource allocation and workload balance across teams.
• Oversee project documentation, testing, and deployment readiness.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the bridge between clients, developers, and management.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical tasks.
• Conduct regular client updates, demos, and delivery reviews.
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles within a software / app development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC processes.
• Proven record in managing mobile app, software, or e-commerce projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
• Strong time and resource management skills.

Preferred:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
• PMP or Agile Project Management certification.
• Experience in UI/UX coordination, QA testing, and product release cycles.
• Familiarity with technologies: React, Flutter, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
