About the Role

The ideal candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience will be responsible for working with the Development Teams to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.

Core Technical Expertise

• Machine Learning & AI: Core ML algorithms, deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), NLP, LLMs, and generative AI. Experienced in text classification, chatbots, sentiment analysis, summarization, and predictive modeling.
• LLM & Agentic AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks for building agentic AI systems including prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
• Advanced AI Solutions: Expertise in agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent architectures, and integration of domain-specific knowledge into AI pipelines.
• Deep Learning Libraries: Extensive hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and Hugging Face Transformers for fine-tuning and deploying state-of-the-art AI models.
• Data Management: Proficient with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, PgVector) and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), with strong indexing and query optimization skills.
• Backend Development: Skilled in building scalable backend services with FastAPI, Django, designing RESTful APIs, and integrating AI models with a focus on security, performance, and maintainability.
• Cloud & MLOps: Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), EDA, ETL pipelines, and automated model deployment.
• Deployment & Orchestration: Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and MCP servers for scalable, distributed AI workloads.
• System Design: Capable of designing end-to-end AI system architectures, ensuring performance, scalability, and fault tolerance, with low-latency, high-availability inference pipelines.
• Solid Math Foundations: Strong background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
• Full Development Lifecycle: Experience managing the entire AI development process — from initial concept, data acquisition, and model design to deployment, monitoring, and long-term maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
