What You'll Do

In this role, you will lead CCL Pharmaceuticals’ AI and data transformation agenda by delivering high-impact digital solutions, building secure and compliant data platforms, and driving adoption across functions. From predictive analytics to intelligent automation, you will power decision-making and operational excellence through ethical and scalable AI systems.

You Are Good At

• Designing and managing data lakes, ETL pipelines, and integrations across R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, HR, and Finance
• Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with global standards including GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR
• Identifying high-value AI use cases and delivering Gen AI, NLP, forecasting models, and process automation based solutions
• Leading pilots, MVPs, and enterprise-scale deployments of AI and analytics
• Developing dashboards, predictive models, and insights that support strategic and operational decisions
• Establishing governance frameworks, SOPs, and ethical AI practices
• Driving capability-building programs, mentoring teams, and supporting organization-wide AI adoption
• Communicating progress, KPIs, risks, and impact to senior management
• Acting as a strategic link between business, IT, and analytics teams to translate needs into solutions
• Managing budgets, evaluating vendor proposals, optimizing investments, and demonstrating ROI for digital initiatives
• Navigating complex environments with strong project management, analytical discipline, and cross-functional collaboration

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.
• 5+ years’ experience in AI, data or digital transformation, ideally in pharma or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Gen AI tools, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT APIs), NLP, SQL, ETL, APIs, and BI dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and compliance requirements
• Ability to influence, communicate complex concepts clearly, and drive change across teams
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and technology investments

This role reports directly to the General Manager Digital Systems and collaborates closely with teams across R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, HR, Finance, and IT.
