Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, and ensure delivery excellence across our development squads. You’ll work closely with product managers, tech leads, and QA to remove roadblocks, streamline workflows, and uphold agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
* Ensure the team follows Agile principles and continuously improves velocity and quality
* Work with Product Owner to manage and prioritize the backlog effectively
* Track sprint progress using Jira and ensure transparency on blockers, dependencies, and risks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, AI) to ensure timely deliverables
* Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance team productivity
* Ensure sprint reports, burndown charts, and QA handoff documentation are properly maintained

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
* Proven experience with Jira and Confluence
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
* Certification (CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP) preferred

Nice to Have:

* Experience in enterprise applications or AI-driven product environments
* Familiarity with microservice architecture and DevOps pipelines
* Exposure to managing QA handoffs and SIT/Production deployments
