Job Description
        This is an ideal position for a highly driven Quality Assurance professional with a passion for automation and continuous improvement. The QA Automation Engineer will be instrumental in developing scalable testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and driving a culture of engineering excellence across teams.
Quality Engineering & Automation:
- Build a quality-driven engineering culture that enables rapid product delivery with high confidence.
 - Drive quality initiatives across features and products, assessing risks and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
 - Plan, develop, and execute effective test strategies across core products and platforms.
 - Lead quality assurance efforts aligned with product goals and architect scalable testing solutions.
 - Define, implement, and monitor quality metrics to evaluate test effectiveness, efficiency, and overall product quality.
 - Tackle cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute innovative ideas to improve quality signals and processes.
 - Evolve QA processes for better test coverage, efficient defect detection, and increased automation maturity.
 
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end test coverage and release readiness.
 - Leverage automation to prevent regressions and maintain product reliability across platforms.
 - Partner with stakeholders to implement and continuously refine test infrastructure and CI/CD integrations.
 
What You Know:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in QA automation using Selenium and BrowserStack.
 - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile frameworks.
 - Proven ability to design and build automation frameworks that support functional, regression, and integration testing.
 - Experience in defining test strategies, writing test cases, and driving quality improvements across product lifecycles.
 - Familiarity with defect tracking tools, CI/CD pipelines, and test management platforms.
 - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
 - Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
 
Additional Requirements:
- Self-starter with a passion for quality and a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
 - Experience working in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams is a plus.
 - Exposure to mobile or cross-browser testing is a plus.
 
Education:
-  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
