Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site MERN Stack Engineer role located in Islamabad. The engineer will be responsible for developing/planning both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the development team, writing efficient and scalable code, performing troubleshooting and debugging, and maintaining code quality through comprehensive testing.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development.
• Expertise in Front-End Development.
• Stack: MERN, PERN. Node js with sql or nosql
• Experience in general Software Development practices
• Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end integration
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• A minimum of 1-1.5 years of full stack experience in an industrial setting.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints effectively.
• Knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL systems).
• Proficient in debugging complex issues across the stack and implementing efficient solutions.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and deployment automation will be a plus.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
