Role Overview:

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights? We’re looking for a skilled R Programmer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic and data-driven team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, building analytical models, and developing efficient data solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain R scripts, functions, and packages for data processing and analysis.

Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Perform statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and predictive analysis using R.

Develop insightful dashboards and visualizations using R libraries such as ggplot2, plotly, and Shiny.

Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.

Automate recurring data workflows and reports to improve efficiency and scalability.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in R programming and data analytics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

2+ years of professional experience in R programming for data analysis, reporting, or model development.

Strong knowledge of data manipulation (dplyr, tidyr) and visualization (ggplot2, Shiny) packages.

Solid understanding of statistical methods, data cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

Experience working with SQL or other database query languages.

Familiarity with Python or other analytical tools is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
