Core Edge Solutions is looking for a Senior Odoo Developer who can lead ERP development projects, manage Odoo.sh environments, and build scalable, high-performing business applications.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, customize, and implement Odoo solutions that power our clients’ operations. If you’re passionate about ERP systems, backend logic, and process automation — we want you on our team. 

• Lead the design, customization, and deployment of Odoo modules.
• Develop and optimize Odoo.sh environments (staging, production, and integrations).
• Write clean and efficient Python code for backend functionality.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party tools using APIs and web services.
• Mentor junior developers and review their code for quality and consistency.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain version control using Git and document system processes.

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Odoo development.
• Strong command of Python, Odoo Framework, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with Odoo.sh setup, deployment & CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with custom module development and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and Odoo Enterprise Editions.
• Solid understanding of ORM, controllers, and Odoo architecture.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading ERP development teams or large-scale Odoo implementations.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, XML) is a plus.
• Exposure to Docker, Odoo cloud, or DevOps tools preferred.
