Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in the software development lifecycle by participating in requirement gathering, translating business needs into testable scenarios, and collaborating with developers and business analysts. This role combines strong analytical and technical testing skills with effective communication to deliver high-quality applications that meet both business and customer expectations.

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business and technical teams.
• Review and analyze business requirements for clarity and testability.
• Translate business requirements into clear documentation for developers and test cases.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
• Identify, log, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform performance, and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software testing and QA.
• Familiarity with QA tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate requirements into technical scenarios.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Added Value: Experience with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, or Zoho One).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
