IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible to provide expert technology leadership and design consultancy for ICT Infrastructure products & solutions related to servers, compute, storage, virtualization platforms, cloud platforms, dockers, server OS, administration, enterprise backup & disaster recovery solutions, and data center technologies.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• ICT & technical solutions designing, customer presentation, demonstrations for right positioning via competitive & strategic working, with 100% technical qualification and maximization of winning ratio of the RFP/RFQ where PTCL participated
• Strong liaison with relevant vendors/OEM/partners & internal sales, presales teams for sustainable business growth of ICT projects & products, with 100% alignment on projects where PTCL participate
• Support product team to develop solutions & products (connectivity, value added services+ SI) as per market trends & customer pain points, with right design, 100% technically workable features & operations workflows by 100% alignment of supporting teams, for reliable services to customers
• Enablement of business solutions sales teams (enterprise, carrier & SME) SM, KAMs etc with ICT solutions & product selling mindset, feature sets, industry best practices, workflows, customer engagement & GTM strategics essential for projects, solutions & product selling. (Minimum 2 trainings/sessions in one quarter)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• Must be hands on OEM server build configurators, various server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux distributions), advanced virtualization concepts including VDI and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), SAN/NAS storage architectures, HCIs. Cloud infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS) from major providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud would be plus.
