Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, diligent, ambitious, and reliable Senior AI Engineer to join us. We are offering a full-time position (Karachi Office), excellent working conditions, and career progression, working closely with the Director and CEO!

As an AI Engineer, youll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions across our business. Youll work closely with product teams, data engineers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can create value from intelligent chat systems and predictive analytics.

Youll bring together cutting-edge tools and in-house data to help us deliver scalable, ethical, and compliant AI solutions.

What Youll Be Doing

• Design and implement machine learning models and AI systems to solve real-world business problems
• Identify opportunities for intelligent automation within operational workflows
• Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and optimise data pipelines
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs and platforms where applicable (e.g. OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI)
• Monitor model performance, retrain as needed, and ensure responsible AI practices are followed
• Contribute to the evolution of our AI and data strategy

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and key libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.
• Experience with NLP techniques and LLMs (e.g. transformers, GPT, BERT)
• Strong understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and deploying models to production
• Familiarity with REST APIs, containerisation (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points For

• Experience fine-tuning and deploying large language models
• Knowledge of secure data handling and compliance requirements (especially in finance or healthcare)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Exposure to robotic process automation (RPA) or workflow orchestration tools

Work Days: Monday- Friday
