You’ll be our go-to expert for integrating LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.), prompt engineering, API connections, and no-code/low-code automation—all in a collaborative, in-person environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered automation, chatbots, and RAG pipelines (vector databases, LLMs, etc.)
• Orchestrate workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, CrewAI, and similar platforms
• Integrate APIs, webhooks, SaaS tools, and business systems
• Collaborate onsite with business and product teams for fast prototyping and delivery
• Test, debug, and optimize AI/automation systems for speed, security, and uptime
• Write clear documentation and support training for junior tech staff
• Keep up with the latest in AI automation, GenAI, agentic frameworks, and workflow best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on AI/ML/NLP engineering (Python, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, etc.)
• Proficient in n8n, Make, Zapier, CrewAI, or similar workflow tools
• Strong API integration & data pipeline skills (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, etc.)
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, etc.)
• Real-world LLM/RAG application deployment
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Clear English communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Available to work onsite in Dubai (visa sponsorship for the right candidate)

Preferred/Bonus:

• Familiarity with CrewAI, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI tools
• Experience in e-commerce, HR, real estate, or SaaS automation
• Security and compliance experience for AI-driven workflows
