About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled React Native Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, working closely with our designers, backend developers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and battery efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React fundamentals.
• Experience with Redux / Context API / MobX for state management.
• Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle).
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines for both iOS and Android.
• Experience with API integration and handling asynchronous operations.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control.
• Basic understanding of unit testing and debugging tools.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Push Notifications, Firestore).
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile applications.
• Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Knowledge of app publishing process on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
