Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and train intelligent chatbots tailored to business requirements
• Develop and fine-tune NLP models using tools like Rasa, Dialogflow, and LangChain
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) via APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and others
• Implement NLP workflows including intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions
• Optimize and scale NLP systems for performance, accuracy, and reliability
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, techniques, and industry best practices in NLP and AI

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Hands-on experience with Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar conversational AI frameworks
• Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, etc.
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for building with LLMs
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts like intent classification, NER, and sentiment analysis
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate AI models into applications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with chatbot deployment in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
• Experience working in agile teams and DevOps environments
• Contributions to open-source NLP or AI projects is a plus
