Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data needs into actionable projects.
• Utilize advanced Python and Pandas workflows for data cleaning, transformation, and exploration.
• Build React-based dashboards to visualize data pipelines, metrics, and real-time analytics for stakeholders.
• Integrate AI/ML concepts and models to drive innovation across business analytics and research initiatives.
• Design, implement, and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure efficient and secure data storage.
• Set high standards for written and verbal communication within the team, ensuring transparent collaboration and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and Pandas for data processing and analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML concepts, model integration, and practical deployment.
• Proficiency in React for developing basic data visualization dashboards and internal tools.
• Strong command of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and administration.
• Experience developing data visualizations and analytics for business and research purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
