We’re looking for a seasoned professional (min 6 years of experience) who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes initiative as a true self-starter. Strong communication skills are essential - as you’ll be leading discussions, aligning goals, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure our data systems drive real impact across the business.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in:

• Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines & architectures
• Optimizing data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes (big plus if familiar with tools like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (bonus if you’ve worked with Spark or other distributed systems)
