Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Engagement:
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and update the sales pipeline to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Present tailored solutions to clients and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently converting leads into clients.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide insights and feedback to the team on market dynamics and customer needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, Expertise in Call-handling (Telemarketing).
- Experience in Linked-in BD, also through e-mail marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
