Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
2. Client Engagement:
• Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
3. Sales Pipeline Management:
• Manage and update the sales pipeline to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
• Present tailored solutions to clients and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently converting leads into clients.
5. Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Provide insights and feedback to the team on market dynamics and customer needs.
6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, Expertise in Call-handling (Telemarketing).
• Experience in Linked-in BD, also through e-mail marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
