Position Overview

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with 4 years of experience, who possesses not only advanced technical skills but also leadership abilities to effectively manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MERN Stack Development, proficiency in managing projects from conception to deployment, and a proven track record of leading and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities.
• Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices and platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications into functional applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 4 years as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
