We’re looking for a detail-oriented publishing specialist to kinda support the growth of children’s and visual storytelling projects. Day to day, you’d be coordinating with authors, illustrators, editors, and designers, also sort of reviewing artwork, managing page layouts, and helping get the files ready for print as well as for digital publication.  

Having experience with illustrated books is important because you’re expected to understand visual narrative, keep character consistency in check, make sure the artwork fits the right age group, and pay attention to typography. Plus, you’ll need to grasp how images relate to the text, and not just treat them as separate pieces.  

Strong communication skills, along with solid project-management ability are essential.
