We’re Hiring: Website Developer (Frontend & Backend)
Salary Package: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 (Based on skills & experience)
Location: Near Mazar -e-Quaid

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Website Developer who can independently handle both frontend and backend development and take full ownership of launching websites from scratch to live deployment. This role is ideal for someone who understands not only development, but also SEO best practices and has experience supporting eBook campaigns through optimized websites.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain fully functional websites (frontend & backend).
• Build websites from scratch, including:
o Domain & hosting setup
o Server configuration
o Website deployment and go-live process
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and fast-loading web interfaces.
• Handle backend development, database management, and integrations.
• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Optimize websites for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support eBook campaigns through landing pages and funnels.
• Perform regular testing, debugging, and updates.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, etc.).
• Experience with backend development (PHP, Node.js, or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page & technical).
• Ability to take a website from concept to live deployment independently.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in eBook campaigns (mandatory).
• Familiarity with hosting panels, FTP, databases, and SSL configurations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
