Description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, writing and testing clean code to implement solutions, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role requires working on scalable software solutions tailored to meet business and user needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript proficiency
• PHP, MySQL experience
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React)
• Knowledge of back-end frameworks (Node.js)
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Version control (Git) proficiency
• Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Interest in emerging technologies, frameworks, and continuous learning

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience in recruitment tech, SaaS, or service-based industries.
• Prior exposure to user experience (UX) design or A/B testing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
• Experience working closely with remote/ distributed teams.
• Proven ability to manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and timelines.
