About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer based in Pakistan to join our remote engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals with 8+ years of hands-on mobile development experience who are comfortable working independently, making architectural decisions, and collaborating with US-based stakeholders during US EST hours.

You will play a key role in building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications used by global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications
• Lead mobile architecture decisions and enforce best practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers in the US
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality
• Optimize app performance, stability, and scalability
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical discussions during US EST hours
• Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple devices and OS versions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following:
• iOS: Swift, Objective-C
• Android: Kotlin, Java
• Cross-platform: Flutter, React Native
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
• Strong knowledge of mobile security, performance tuning, and app lifecycle management
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work full-time aligned with US EST time zone

Nice to Have

• Experience building apps for US or global markets
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure)
• Experience with mobile analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools
• Prior experience mentoring or leading mobile teams
• Published apps on App Store / Google Play
