Job Title: Business Analyst – Project Delivery

Location: Askari Corporate Tower, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore

Salary: PKR 150,000 per month gross

Hours: 40hrs, Monday – Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm PST

Tenure: Permanent

About the role


As the Business Analyst – Project Delivery, you will have an impact on ensuring that business processes, systems, and operational needs are clearly understood, analysed, and delivered through well-managed initiatives at Giant. Therefore, you will be responsible for day-to-day process analysis, research, and new process planning, while also supporting project delivery activities such as planning, coordination, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment. Working closely with managers, subject matter experts, and delivery teams, you will design requirements, prepare specifications, and produce Change Control Notes (CCNs) that guide development and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of information systems, new software, and improved operational processes. The desired outcome of this will be streamlined core organisational functions, improved system effectiveness, and consistently delivered solutions that directly support and advance Giant’s overall vision.


Key responsibilities of the role include:


  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring clarity of objectives and scope.
  • Support the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Assist with project planning by developing and maintaining schedules, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure roles, responsibilities, and deadlines are clearly understood and met.
  • Analyse and reconcile information from multiple sources, translating high-level requirements into detailed specifications and identifying underlying business needs.
  • Support the management of project risks, issues, and conflicts, escalating where appropriate.
  • Participate in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.
  • Prepare clear project documentation, reports, and status updates, and support effective communication with all stakeholders.


Your ideal experience & competencies


Ideally you would have a business or information technology–related degree, with at least 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst


  • You can only excel in this role if you have strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and can confidently interpret complex documentation while asking the right questions to drive clarity and alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
  • A proactive, resilient attitude with genuine enthusiasm for change and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with wireframing or similar analysis tools
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
