Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer based in Lahore. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for executing user research, implementing design thinking methodologies, creating user-centered designs, and developing wireframes and prototypes. Additionally, the designer will play a key role in improving the overall user experience of digital products, ensuring seamless interactions and effective visual designs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies to understand user behavior and create effective solutions.
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design, with a focus on improving usability and accessibility.
• Strong skills in Visual Design and Prototyping to develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in designing enterprise applications or digital products is a plus
