Job Description
We are looking for more than just a tester. We need a technical leader to take ownership of our QA department. You will be the "boss" of the office operations, responsible for setting up automation frameworks, defining testing processes from scratch, and mentoring junior engineers. This role is for someone who wants the freedom to build a department their way.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish standardized STLC processes for the agency.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks (Python/Playwright preferred).
- Act as a mentor for 3-4 junior/intermediate manual testers.
- Manage project assignments and ensure high-quality delivery without constant supervision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing.
- Proven experience in a lead or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of automation and the ability to teach it to others.
- High level of English communication skills (for client-facing documentation).
