Traditional site reliability teams often fall behind due to manual monitoring, reactive troubleshooting, and deployment processes that require intensive manual effort. AI offers a clear path forward, yet many organizations underutilize this technology, leading to suboptimal system performance and innovation bottlenecks. Research indicates that 73% of organizations face deployment delays and operational downtime, largely driven by legacy processes and insufficient AI-powered automation.
IgniteTech is directly addressing these challenges by developing cloud solutions that place AI at the forefront, designed to predict and prevent issues proactively. Our approach embeds AI and machine learning throughout cloud infrastructure management—from monitoring systems that operate autonomously to CI/CD pipelines equipped with intelligence. The result is infrastructure that self-heals and adapts continuously, minimizing downtime, boosting performance, and expanding the capabilities of cloud services.
This role differs from conventional site reliability positions that center on problem reaction and manual intervention. Instead, you will spearhead the development of AI-enhanced monitoring platforms capable of identifying and resolving 95% of issues before users are affected. You will also design and oversee CI/CD pipelines automated by AI, cutting deployment times by 30% and dramatically reducing the need for manual input. Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
