Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using ReactJS,NextJS, Node.js, NestJS, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Lead technical implementation across frontend (React, Redux, Redux toolkit, MUI, Ant Design) and backend (Node.js, NestJS, microservices).
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and support developer skill growth.
• Collaborate with management to plan, deliver, and optimize projects.
• Contribute to real-time communication modules involving WebRTC and SIP.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 10+ years of software development experience with strong MERN expertise.
• Must know frontend (ReactJs, NextJs, Redux, Redux toolkit, MUI, Ant Design) and backend (Node.js, NestJS, microservices).
• 1+ year of mentoring, training, or leadership experience.
• Experience with real time communication technologies like WebRTC, SIP or similar.
• Solid understanding of microservices, databases, and best coding practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex Air Avenue, Lahore ( near Neon Square)

Timings: Full-time, On-site, Mon-Fri (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
