Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted research across platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn, RocketReach, Hunter, and verified online sources.
• Review company profiles, decision-maker details, industry insights, and market information to create structured datasets that support internal teams and client needs.
• Identify errors, missing fields, duplicate entries, non-relevant contacts, and any data that does not align with our sales quality standards.
• Clean, organize, and format datasets in Excel or Google Sheets. This includes refining lists, enriching records, improving data completeness, and ensuring consistent formatting for downstream use.
• Build qualified lead lists for the sales team. This includes identifying potential clients, researching company information, validating contact details, and prioritizing prospects based on predefined criteria. You will deliver high-quality datasets that support outreach and campaign execution.
• Support ongoing process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance our lead-gen operations.

Required Skills

• Strong research capabilities and an understanding of digital tools used for data gathering.
• Comfortable exploring platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn, RocketReach, and Hunter, along with advanced Google searching techniques.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and can manage filters, lookups, formatting, and data organization for large datasets.
• Understand the basics of lead generation and have the curiosity to explore new tools and data methodologies.
• Can work with structured and unstructured information and convert it into usable, high-quality output.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Stay organized and maintain documentation of your research process.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with up to six months of relevant exposure to research, lead generation, or data operations.

Location: F-11 Markaz, Islamabad.

Shift Timings: 11 am – 8 pm (Onsite).
