Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master who will guide our cross-functional engineering teams, remove impediments, and ensure smooth, predictable delivery. You will be the guardian of Agile values within the organization and work closely with the CTO, AI engineers, robotics engineers, and software teams to keep projects aligned and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers, enable collaboration, and keep teams focused on delivery.
• Work closely with product owners to define and refine product backlog.
• Ensure Agile best practices are understood and followed.
• Track team performance using velocity, burndown, and other KPIs.
• Coach team members in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support multi-team alignment for larger product initiatives.
• Maintain scrum artifacts and ensure transparency across stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams or streams of work.
• Experience working with software/AI/ML/robotics teams is a plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Technical background in software engineering or QA.
• Experience scaling Agile in startup environments.
