Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite development including scripting, workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Design and implement SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x) solutions to support business processes.
• Develop and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBuilder configurations, and SuiteAnalytics reporting.
• Build and manage integrations between NetSuite and external systems using RESTlets, Web Services, and APIs.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues with timely resolutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and enhancements for improved functionality.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to junior developers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units to understand and support their ERP needs.
• Ensure system documentation, version control, and development standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Strong understanding of SuiteScript 2.x, JavaScript, SOAP/REST Web Services, and JSON/XML.
• Experience with NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, CRM, or Manufacturing.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with external applications.
• Solid grounding in SDLC, agile methodologies, and change management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certifications: SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer II, or NetSuite ERP Consultant.
• Experience with Boomi, Celigo, or other integration platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other backend development languages.
• Understanding of NetSuite performance optimization and scaling best practices.
