Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Designer, located in Hyderabad. The role involves applying design thinking principles, conducting user research, and creating intuitive visual designs to enhance user experiences. The Designer will develop user-centered prototypes, streamline product workflows, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver meaningful and impactful digital solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Design Thinking and a user-centered approach to problem-solving
Strong skills in User Research and the ability to understand user needs and behaviors
Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX), with a focus on intuitive, engaging design solutions
Experience creating detailed Prototypes and wireframes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other design software
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience with web and mobile develpment standards is an added advantage
