What You’ll Work On:

Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineers and product stakeholders to design and implement AI models, algorithms, and end-to-end solutions.
• Build, evaluate, and optimize AI-powered systems for automation, analytics, and business process improvements.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices to guide internal innovation.
• Work with large and complex datasets to train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models.
• Help deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to internal documentation, technical specifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, or strong academic/portfolio experience with impactful ML/AI projects.
• Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, statistics, and mathematical fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages commonly used in ML workflows.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort working independently and adapting to new technologies and challenges.
• A genuine passion for AI and its potential to transform products and businesses.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment practices.
• Exposure to MLOps, model lifecycle management, and associated tooling.
