You're the kind of DevOps engineer who ensures systems run flawlessly before problems arise. If you find satisfaction in dissecting complex legacy infrastructure, architecting more efficient solutions, and automating every recurring manual process, this role is designed for you. We need a DevOps and AWS infrastructure specialist who excels in demanding environments where 99.9% uptime is the baseline expectation. You'll operate across a diverse portfolio of acquired products—each presenting unique challenges—transitioning them into a unified, scalable AWS environment while implementing monitoring and automation that genuinely prevents incidents.
Most organizations ask you to support a single technology stack. We expect you to unify and refine multiple stacks without disrupting operations. Where other companies separate databases, we take a different approach—strategically consolidating them to maximize cost efficiency and operational manageability across our portfolio. This position isn't suited for someone content with maintaining the status quo; it's built for someone who encounters a fragmented, inconsistent environment and immediately envisions a superior architecture.
You'll take ownership of everything from infrastructure transitions to AI-powered automation, performance optimization, database migration projects, and cost reduction initiatives. This includes identifying and resolving what's malfunctioning, orchestrating and executing smooth cloud migrations with minimal downtime, and leveraging AI/ML-driven workflows to automate significant portions of operational work. You'll possess genuine decision-making authority over infrastructure choices—no waiting for approval from individuals unfamiliar with the technical realities.
If you're a self-directed problem-solver who enjoys unraveling complicated systems and engineering them to operate flawlessly, this role offers substantial opportunity. If you require extensive guidance, become overwhelmed managing multiple technology stacks, or prefer greenfield projects over creating order from complexity, this position won't suit you. If you're prepared to assume ownership of a high-impact infrastructure role with scope to build, optimize, and automate at scale, submit your application now!
