Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly talented and inspired UI/UX Designer & Creative Design Lead to spearhead our design initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a master of visual storytelling and a versatile, all-rounder designer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional graphics and visuals across various platforms. You will be responsible for leading our design projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that our digital products are not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and user-centric. This role requires a blend of creative vision and hands-on design skills in UI/UX, web design, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the creative direction and execution of all visual design projects, ensuring they align with Rendream's brand identity and strategic goals.

● Develop and implement innovative design concepts, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and brand narrative.

● Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and other industry-standard tools.

● Create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs that align with our brand and business objectives.

● Design engaging graphics and visual content for various social media platforms.

● Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure a cohesive and unified brand experience across all touchpoints.

● Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

● Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to keep Rendream at the forefront of digital innovation.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design or a related field from a reputable institution such as Beaconhouse National University (BNU) or the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD).

● A strong portfolio showcasing a proven track record of delivering high-quality graphics, visuals, UI/UX design, web design, and social media content.

● Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and prototyping tools.

● Exceptional visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail, color, and typography.

● A creative and inspired mindset, with a passion for innovation and a drive to push creative boundaries.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
