Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior/Lead Generative AI Engineer based in Lahore. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced generative AI solutions to solve complex problems and drive innovation. You will lead the development of models and algorithms, collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution, and mentor junior team members. Additionally, you will perform research to enhance AI capabilities and ensure efficient integration into enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related tools.
• Expertise in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision techniques.
• Experience in Agents, MultiAgents, MCP, Langchain, LangGraph and n8n.
• Strong programming knowledge, especially in Python, and familiarity with AI model development and optimization.
• Experience with deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world applications and understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience with generative AI models such as GANs, VAEs, and large language models (LLMs) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
