We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Python, React, PHP) who can work across technologies, lead by example, and contribute to the technical vision of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django / Flask), React, and PHP (Laravel / legacy codebases).
• Contribute to React Native app development and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and performance optimization.
• (Plus point) Lead and mentor developers, guiding technical best practices.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong command of Python, React, and PHP.
• Good understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and Redis.
• Familiarity with React Native, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to clean, maintainable code.
• Leadership or Tech Lead experience will be a strong advantage.
