Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruiting and talent sourcing. You’ll learn how to identify and engage top professionals on LinkedIn and support the recruitment team in building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Review candidate profiles and resumes to assess skills and experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases or tracking sheets.
- Help create and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates.
- Support the recruitment team in various administrative and sourcing-related tasks.
- Stay up to date with current hiring trends and sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and how to search for professionals.
- Strong interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines.
- 6 months of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or any administrative role is preferred, but not required.
