Role Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML) for a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing innovative AI/ML models, writing efficient software code, and ensuring seamless integration of solutions into enterprise applications. Day-to-day tasks include back-end web development, implementing scalable software development methodologies, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver robust solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and concepts
• Proficiency in Software Development, including expertise in Programming and Back-End Web Development i.e : Typescript, Python
• Experience in RAG, Agents, Agentic Chat, Promp Engineering
• Understanding of Fintech, Banking, and Retail Use cases
• Experience in LangChain, LangGraph, n8n and Multi Agents
• Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques and paradigms
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML model development and deployment
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment and work on-site in Lahore
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems is a plus
