 What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly curious, analytical, and AI-enthusiastic individual who loves exploring new models, creating prototypes, experimenting with automation, and translating client needs into structured AI solutions. You should be someone who enjoys solving problems creatively, learns fast, and is excited to work at the intersection of AI research, product innovation, automation design, and client collaboration.

Role Overview

• Research emerging AI tools, models, agents, and automation frameworks and evaluate their practical applications.
• Convert client requirements into clear AI-powered workflows, solution outlines, and prototype logic.
• Build quick automation POCs using modern AI tools, prompting techniques, and lightweight Python scripts.
• Work directly with the Founder during client meetings to analyze needs and prepare solution briefs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Developers to validate feasibility and build early product concepts.
• Maintain a culture of rapid experimentation, structured thinking, and high-efficiency execution.

What You Should Have

AI Skills (Core Requirement) You must be genuinely passionate about AI—someone who experiments daily, follows new model releases, and explores tools independently. Strong familiarity with modern LLMs such as GPT-4o, Claude 3, Gemini 2.0, Grok, and Llama is essential, along with comfort in prompt engineering, agent workflows, and autonomous systems.

You should have hands-on or experimental experience with Google AI ecosystems, including:

• AI Studio, Vertex AI, Gemini API, Firebase Studio, Jules Agent, Stitch, Gemini Code Assist, Gemini CLI
• Awareness of advanced tools like Google Antigravity IDE (agentic development)
• Understanding that Gemini (2.5 Pro, Flash, and newer) is the backbone of many Google agentic workflows
• Knowledge of early-stage research tools like Text2App

You should also be comfortable experimenting with prompting & productivity tools including:

Perplexity, PromptPerfect, Claude Prompt Builder, Gemini Prompt Playground, Notion AI, Cursor/Windsurf, Aider, Replit AI, and role-based prompting frameworks.

Tech Stack (Tools, Technologies & Platforms You’ll Use)

A strong candidate should have exposure to — or the ability to quickly learn — the following:

LLM & Agent Frameworks :

• LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Flowise, Relevance AI

Automation & Integration Tools

• Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Pipedream, Airtable Automations

Voice, Video & Multimodal AI

• Whisper / DeepGram STT, ElevenLabs TTS, HeyGen / Synthesia / Runway ML for AI video

Python & API Usage

• Writing simple Python scripts
• Calling LLM APIs
• Basic data handling & automation logic

Presentation & Client Communication

You must be able to clearly translate technical concepts into simple explanations for non-technical clients. This includes:

• Structuring ideas logically
• Presenting solution briefs professionally
• Communicating confidently in meetings
• Creating clean workflow diagrams and requirement summaries
• Representing VisionTact’s technical capabilities during client discussions
• Excellent English is mandatory
